Richard Green
Headteacher
Richard joined Chailey Heritage School in 2014 as the Deputy Headteacher before being appointed as Headteacher in January 2024.
Prior to Chailey Heritage, Richard worked in a main stream secondary school as an Assistant Headteacher for Pastoral Care and Inclusion, which included being SENCO for the main school and heading up a smaller orbital school for young people with behavioural challenges.
Since joining Chailey Heritage School, Richard has been one of the Foundation’s Designated Safeguarding Leads and is a member of the East Sussex Safeguarding Children Partnership.
