Make a splash at our weekly preschool sessions
Aquamovers is a fun and dynamic weekly group for children with complex needs, aged one to five years, and their parents and carers.
Using a combination of expert therapy and social interaction, the sessions are led by a specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist and Specialist Speech and Language Therapy Practitioner.
An Aquamovers session consists of:
- therapy-focused play on mats
- a new sensory story each week, which includes singing and signing
- 30 minutes of therapy-focused play in the hydrotherapy pool
- A tea and coffee break where parents and carers can socialise
Aquamovers is a support network for parents and carers who are facing similar challenges. It's an opportunity to come together in a safe environment, where parents and carers can make connections and have fun too.
