Louis' Fundraiser Changes His Life

Louis and his family came to the local fundraising support charity, Tree of Hope, over 10 years ago in need of fundraising support to assist with Louis’ needs, including vital equipment, therapies as well a house adaptation, all of which are unavailable from the NHS.

Since their fundraising campaign, Louis’ capabilities have gone from strength to strength, and he now has a home where he can live and develop freely and comfortably. Through their fundraising with Tree of Hope, the family received match funding, gift aid, and registered charity status which helped them gain community support including from local businesses, as well as complete financial management of their funds.

It’s been amazing, you can imagine looking after a child with additional needs. It’s time-consuming and exhausting, so knowing the team is there to support us is just brilliant.”
