We are very excited to welcome Jan Lavis of Jel Fitness on board as part of the Focus 10k 2020 team. Jan is an experienced Personal Trainer & Running Coach with no less than 103 marathons and ultramarathons under her belt.
To support you with your challenge, Jan is on hand to answer any running and training questions you may have, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned runner. If you’re not sure where to start, she can link you to some good resources and training plans suited to your ability. Aside from the aforementioned 103 marathons and ultramarathons, Jan has previously been an official pacer for the Brighton Marathon. Alongside her wealth of experience she has several professional qualifications and is a member of both The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sports & Physical Activity and The Register of Exercise Professionals.
