Patchwork Farm was featured on ITV News Meridian on 26 January!
The story focused on the incredible bond between Finn and NicNac, our Shetland Pony.
Patchwork Farm is a unique on-site therapy farm at Chailey Heritage Foundation, offering the amazing young people at the school, residential bungalows and Hub services the chance to do things that most would take for granted.
