Asahikawa Winter Festival in Art

In Art we have looked at the Asahikawa Winter Festival in Japan. The festival is famous for it’s huge snow stage and a 100-metre-long snow slide.
One aspect of the festival is that you are able to decorate your own snowman which is then displayed for everyone to view. We decided to embrace this theme. These are a few of the snowmen that the young people have made and chosen to personalise however they wished.
