Donate Unwanted Jewellery, Coins, Stamps & Gadgets

You can recycle your unwanted jewellery, coins, stamps and gadgets and help raise funds for Chailey Heritage Foundation, through our partnership with Recycling For Good Causes. They will reuse and recycle your items, donating 75% of the proceeds from each item to Chailey Heritage Foundation, saving precious raw materials at the same time.

There are a few options depending on what items you would like to donate so please read the below information carefully.

Jewellery, Bank Notes & Watches

You can recycle:

  • Any jewellery- gold, silver, costume jewellery, watches, broken and damaged items (like odd earrings, snapped chains or items with missing stones).
  • Any unwanted banknotes, from any country of any age.

Please send your items in an envelope or jiffy bag that is no larger than A5, and download and print the free postage label at the bottom of the page to attach to your envelope.

Stamps

All kinds of stamps can be donated, both on or off paper. Simply cut or carefully rip the postage stamp from the used envelope, being careful that you don't damage the stamp. When you are ready to send your collection, put them in an envelope. If sending stamps, you will need to cover the cost of postage yourself. Please address the envelope to:

Mobile Phones, Cameras, Gadjets & Coins

You can recycle a whole range of gadgets including mobile phones, video cameras, old film cameras, digital cameras, sat navs, game consoles, games & accessories, ipods, mp3 players and  tablet computers. 

You will need to cover postage costs yourself. Please post to:

Alternatively, please drop your donations off in the collection box in GK's Cafe.
