Conner has recently finished school and has transitioned over to be supported in the HUB. Conner uses our Pathways service, which means when he transitioned over to the HUB he has been able to have the consistency with his staff team as they can now support him in the HUB and at home, this has been key in getting the transition right for Conner!

Conner has been having daily LSC sessions and using his down time to attend HUB sessions like silent discos, sensory dance & sensory yoga and using his equipment. Conner has settled in really well and seems to be enjoying his days with us.
