Celebrating what we achieve together

If you walk around Chailey Heritage Foundation, you will see posters around the site with our values for all staff and visitors to see. One of those values is Celebration and says, ‘We celebrate what we achieve together’. We love to have fun and know that it can help the young people here open up to trying new things and having new experiences! Celebration is at the heart of everything we do and next week we will be posting stories about the wonderful achievements of the young people who come here in the lead up to Celebration Day next Friday 16th.
This year’s theme is ‘Our Planet’ and the young people will be taking part in a range of activities within their classes next week. Celebration day will be like last year with events taking place on-site for school-leavers and their families, as well as virtually online for those who are at home. Certificates will be given out in the morning, followed by the Celebration Day parade at midday where all school departments, Futures and the LSC/Hub will pass through Chailey in a vibrant flurry of fun, colour and music! We look forward to celebrating these amazing young people and their fantastic achievements with you next week.
