Focus 10K – New Venue Visit

The Fundraising team had an exciting morning planning the new Focus 10K and 5K course at Sutton Hall Estate with E3, our race partners, and their Health and Safety advisor.
We measured the route and noted all the areas where we need marshals, signage, and safety barriers along with any areas where bushes may need to be cut back or the path needed a bit of attention. It’s a fabulous course passing through a variety of landscapes which we’re sure will make for a scenic run.
We can’t wait to see you all running here in a few months' time!
Join us on race day and raise money for the children and young people with complex neurodisabilities in our care.
Taking place on Sunday 22 May at the stunning Sutton Hall Estate, you can run a 10K, 5K, or a kids Mini Mile, on this beautiful private estate which has never been available to runners before. This unique off-road 5K course takes you on a trail run alongside a river, and through stunning woodland, with only a couple of gentle hills to keep you on your toes!
Whether you are a seasoned runner looking to challenge yourself on a new course, new to running and need a target to train for, or you already run 5K but would like to try a different terrain or up your distance, the Focus 10K truly has a run for everyone. We even have a Mini Mile for the kids.
