CHF have a range of family-friendly policies aimed at helping our staff to manage their commitments at home alongside their employment with us.
We are constantly reviewing what we can do to enable our staff to work in roles that reflect their skills and experience whilst carrying out caring roles in their non-working time. With that in mind, we offer enhancements to the statutory entitlements for annual leave, maternity pay, shared parental pay and adoption pay.
Due to the nature of the work we carry out there are often opportunities to work flexibly* to help fit in with home commitments. We offer a variety of opportunities from term time only work in our school to full-time, part-time, weekend only and bank shifts on our residential bungalows; this range of opportunities offers great flexibility and choice for people who work with us.
