Gareth Germer
Gareth joined the charity as its new Chief Executive in October 2022 from Samaritans, where he was their Chief Operating Officer.
He brings extensive experience in the charity sector having previously worked for NSPCC and Rethink. Gareth began his career in West Sussex working in adult social services and, over the last 26 years, has worked with organisations across the public and charity sectors in roles focused on innovation, change and service improvement.
