This week in our Yoga sessions we have been exploring which parts of the body move when we breathe and what choices we have about how, where and when we breathe. Did you know that every part of the torso can respond to the breath? By paying attention to their breathing, students became calmer and found movements easier and more fluid. Next week we will look at more independent and less effortful ways to roll from our backs onto our side.
