Volunteer at the Focus 10K

Fancy helping at our most important fundraising event of the year? We're looking for willing volunteers to help marshall, man the car park, stand at the entrance to the The Focus 10K and more on Sunday 22nd May. The event is held at Vuggles Farm Sutton Hall Estate, Spithurst Road, East Sussex, BN8 4RU.

Most volunteers should arrive at 8am but for car park and entrance volunteers, we ask that you arrive at 7:30am. Volunteers are needed until 1pm and also get a FREE meal voucher to use at one of the catering vans in the race village!

Apart from course marshals, most roles double up.  For instance, most people who help with registration will also be able to take another role later after the morning rush is over.
