Leading up to Sport Relief, the students of St Martin and Seymour took part in some fundraising of their own.
The pupils in St Martin’s came together for ‘Strictly Does Disco’. Wearing their pyjamas, each student (and teacher!) danced away to school disco classics including the Hokey Cokey, Heads, Shoulders, Knees & Toes and even a slow dance with partners.
Over in Seymour, the students got sportier and took part in a boccia competition. Players paid £1 and had 3 shots at hitting various targets. Though it was quite difficult, the students put their best efforts in and enjoyed the friendly competition.
By taking part in these activities, the young people helped raise money towards the final total for Sports Relief. Well done everyone for your efforts!
