World Book Day took place on 7th March this year and Seymour department at Chailey Heritage School celebrated the day in style.
As well as dressing up as their favourite characters from books, the pupils started with a sensory story. Then they were able to take part in monster themed activities including making monster feet with different materials, feeling slime (a sensory treat!), and making their own story by choosing words to fill the gaps.
There was something for everyone to explore and it was a great day enjoyed by all.
