Here at the Life Skills Centre we are still delivering highly personalised 1:1 fitness sessions for some Futures residents during this difficult time.
Physical activity has never been more important, not just for physical reasons, but for the mind, general health and wellbeing of us all. With this in mind, we are focussing on keeping the body moving, increasing range of movement and having a bit of fun with challenges.
We’re pleased to announce that Guy from Futures has just completed his 5km leg challenge on the Thera trainer. The next challenge is moving onto 10km.
