ICT sessions at Futures Life Skills Centre
At the Future's Life Skills Centre are very much looking forward to welcoming customers back as lockdown measures are gradually eased. If you were thinking about trying something new on your return might we suggest checking out one of our ICT and multimedia sessions?
Using fully accessible computers and the latest software and Assistive Technology, including Eye Gaze, we deliver an ongoing programme of activity aimed at promoting independence and engagement ensuring everyone enjoys personalised involvement that suits their needs.
Our flexible and varied timetable enables you to be imaginative and express yourself in a wide range of activity including digital art, film-making, music production, photography, sign-making, 3D design and printing. Most recently, we have added Xbox gaming, an Oculus Quest Virtual Reality (VR) headset, and an amazing Clevertouch 55' 4K LED 20-point height adjustable touchscreen to our digital offer.
For those looking to gain a formal qualification we are an ASDAN (Award Scheme Development and Accreditation Network) Training Centre and can also offer short courses and qualifications in ICT.
Our full time ICT Activity Co-ordinator Paul is happy to answer any questions you may have ahead of your visit and can be contacted via the LSC Reception by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 01825 723 723.
We look forward to hearing from you, and seeing our customers again soon.
