We have seen the gradual easing of lockdown up and down the country but for the most vulnerable people there may still be some time to wait before things return to normal. During this time, we want to support you as best we can to make sure that all the valuable computer skills and knowledge you've acquired over the years doesn't get forgotten and go to waste.
To help support you we are now offering free 1:1 technology support for any customers of the Futures Life Skills Center who are currently unable to get in to visit us here on site. This service can be accessed in one of two ways either by,
Phone - make an appointment for a consultation consisting of step-by-step guidance, as often as you need, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday (but not public holidays).
Email - outline your issue in an email and we’ll email or call you back with an answer.
