Variety is the spice of life as they say, and it’s great when a young person at Futures benefits from a variety of different activities. Take Ross for example; he has been at Futures for a year now and his timetable is a real mix of things. He listens and makes choices in music therapy, observes and uses hand under hand in art, and has recently had a gym assessment meaning he is at the gym once a week too. Back at the bungalow, he has been enjoying the lovely new Futures garden, exploring and moving about, both in and out of his walker.
Outside of Chailey he has just been on holiday at Hindleap Warren adventure centre and he’s been to Monkey Bizness in Lewes to give him a different environment to explore and encourage his mobility.
