HR Administrator

Chailey Heritage Foundation are seeking a HR Administrator on a full time permanent basis. In this role you will provide an efficient HR administrative support service to the HR team and wider organisation.

Chailey Heritage Foundation is a pioneering charity providing education, care and transition services for children and young people with complex physical disabilities and health needs.

We are set in a beautiful location in North Chailey, East Sussex close to Haywards Heath and Lewes.

As HR Administrator you will be required to:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries by telephone and email
  • Sorting post coming in to the office
  • Managing the HR email inbox to ensure timely responses are provided
  • Updating the HR system to include inputting new starters and leavers
  • Monitoring annual leave data
  • Working with the team to standardise letters and documentation
  • Coordinating pre-employment checks to include, references and DBS checks
  • Supporting with Learning & Development administration

The ideal HR Administrator will have solid administration experience ideally within a HR environment and will be organised, motivated and personable.
