We enjoyed a wonderful sunny day at the Brighton Marina – seeing all the boats, smelling the freshly caught fish, tasting food and drink in a local pub (and trying out the facilities!) and even finding one of the snails from the snail trail around the City! For one of our young people it was the first time he had been able to go out since an operation, and two others were able to join us thanks to support from one of the school nurses.
This part of Brighton is great for wheelchairs as it is flat and easily accessible. A big shout to the Rendezvous Casino who let us park our big minibus in their car park when all the other disabled parking spots were taken.
