Mindfulness in Hanbury

We are doing yoga/mindfulness sessions in the Hanbury department and they are proving to be wonderful opportunities for the young people to relax. They are all quiet and still (normally the young people may chatter or move around a lot – but in these sessions they choose not to!) We simply stop and listen to the sounds around us and pay attention to our breathing.

No worries allowed! Just time to chill and have a sense of well-being
