The live course follows the same route as 2019. There will be slight amendment to the start and finish line but everything else is the same. Grab your running shoes and enjoy the breathtaking parkland and stunning woodland. It is a cross country course and there are a few hills to give you an extra challenge.

The course covers a 5K distance – two loops for our 10K runners. View the course.

We had hoped to be kinder to the environment in 2021 by using tap water and asking you to bring a bottle or cup to fill yourselfHowever, in order to keep you COVID safe by minimising points of contact, we are reverting to single use bottles or cartons this year which will be recyclable, and there will be recycling stations on site.

Mini Mile

5-to-8-year old's need an adult to accompany them on the Mini Mile (no ticket needed for the adult).

Over 8’s can run the Mini Mile unaccompanied but will need to be collected at the finish line by an adult with the matching tag from the child’s Race Number.
