Decision Making Seminar

22 November 2018

We are delighted to welcome Philip from Renaissance Legal, who will be hosting a seminar around planning for the future of disabled and vulnerable people. He will talk through who can make decisions on behalf of another person, the key principles of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Powers of Attorney and how the Court of Protection might help.

This is recommended for parents and carers of a child or young person who may not be able to make decisions about their welfare and finances now or in the future.

For more information about this seminar, please see the leaflet. To book your place, contact Denise Howard on 01825 724736 or email
