GK's Cafe

Dear Customers

We have received updated information from the local district council regarding business operations. In order for us to comply with the current catering regulations and expectations we’re now having to introduce some changes. We will need you all to help GK’s abide by the law, so please follow our new steps:

  1. Please ensure you are wearing your face mask covering your mouth and nose before entering the Cafe.
  2. Please use the hand sanitiser provided at the door, it’s for all of our protection.
  3. In line with Track and Trace requirements, all customers should be scanning the GKs QR code upon arrival or leaving contact details with GK’s staff at the till.
  4. For CHF staff your staff number (found on your staff ID pass) will be noted down at the till. If we are then asked to provide a list of names we will give the staff numbers to HR department, they will then be able to find contact details by looking at your MyHR files, so please ensure your contact numbers are up to date.
  5. We will take names and phone numbers of those customers who are non-staff. (This is for Track and Trace purposes only)
  6. Please keep at least a metre apart where possible.

Please be assured that records will be retained for 21 days before being shredded.

We hope this will be as pain free as possible as we do not want to hold you up on your coffee / lunch break and take any more time than is needed.

We hope soon to be able to have some tables again, however as table service is the only way to do this at the moment we will have to wait until further notice. Also a little reminder that GK’s is currently still cashless and only accepting contact free or chip and pin payments.
