Chailey Heritage Foundation are seeking to recruit a Manual Handling Coordinator, to lead the coordination of manual handling, supporting staff training and competencies to deliver best practice, and completing manual handling assessments of all young people, ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements.
Working 22.2 hours per week, reporting directly to the Director of Social Care, the successful candidate will be a model of excellent practice, working with our multidisciplinary teams to drive the development of our staff across the site.
Chailey Heritage Foundation is one of the leading centres in the UK for children and young people with complex neurodisabilities so Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy qualifications are essential for the delivery of this role, as well as a recognised Manual Handling Assessor Training Qualification such as EDGE, or similar.
