We are working to respond to the COVID-19 situation as it develops and to ensure as many of our services can continue as possible so that we can support the children, young people and their families the Charity serves. They are at the heart of what we do.
It is a very anxious time for families and carers as the children and young people are particularly vulnerable because of their high health needs .Nevertheless, looking to the future, we expect more flexible working including some time working from home, generally on a rota basis, to be a permanent feature for staff who do not work on directly with children and young people. We are making more use of technology for video meetings, and increasing our capacity for virtual training sessions and building on current experiences to ensure staff can work from home when required efficiently and safely.
