Over the last few weeks M1 have really enjoyed visiting Patchwork Farm. We have been learning how soft and warm some animals are, how smelly and rough others are and what funny noises they make! Some have feathers and some have fur. Jack loves the noisy piglets and laughs when they squeal. We have also learned how to reach for and touch the animals gently and use a switch to feed the pigs. When we leave the farm we wash our hands and practise stretching our fingers so our hands are clean all over. This week we will be waving goodbye to the piglets and we can’t wait to meet the donkeys.
